Shipping and order fulfillment

Orders of spores may take 3-5 business days to dispatch. The general shipment is 2 to 3 business days but may take longer.

Orders of cultures may take 3 - 4 weeks to dispatch. The general shipment time is 2 weeks but may take longer.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lost Paradise! We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Spores and Cultures

1.1. Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns on spores or cultures.

1.2. If the spores or cultures are contaminated upon receipt, we will replace or refund the product at our discretion. Contamination claims must be initiated within 3 days of receipt.

1.3. To initiate a contamination claim, please contact us using the green chat icon at the bottom right of our website.

2. Merchandise

2.1. We accept returns on merchandise (non-spore or culture items) within 30 days of purchase.

2.2. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2.3. To initiate a merchandise return, please contact us using the green chat icon at the bottom right of our website. We will provide instructions on how to return the merchandise.

2.4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.5. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
